I think it's a person with missionary intent. The correspondence to reality is likely to be weak. It's anyone's guess as to how self-aware the writer is of the imposture.<br /><br />Unfortunately, I don't think it's parody.<br /><br />There was a case a few years ago of a straight woman who wrote an elaborate, faith-promoting gay Mormon blog, with many details and a moral to the story. I can't remember the specifics. She was eventually exposed and deleted the blog. Maybe someone else can recall this episode.
